This programme, which will begin in 2022, will be led by Tracy from F2 and Walnut Grove Sports Rehabilitation Therapist Tom. It is very much more than a couch to 5k programme as it aims to help people really stick with running and become much stronger.

11 Week Programme

WEEKS 1 - 2
2 x Gym-based Strength & Conditioning sessions per week
WEEKS 3 - 11
1 x Coached Running session and 1 x Gym-based Strength & Conditioning session per week
ONLINE SUPPORT THROUGHOUT
The work completed with F2 will be enhanced with 1 x Home Strength and 1 x Home Running sessions online for you to follow along with at home
