Hi, I’m Felicity, and I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals, recover from injuries, and improve your well-being in a way that’s personalised, sustainable and empowering. Whether you're rehabbing from an injury, recovering from surgery or simply looking to get stronger, I offer tailored functional rehabilitation.

 

With a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage, plus Level 4 Sports Massage qualifications, I bring a deep understanding of the body and effective recovery techniques. I incorporate hands-on methods to ease tension, improve mobility, and accelerate progress so you feel your best.

Beyond rehab, I offer 1-1 strength and conditioning coaching to help you build strength without restrictive diets, focusing on proper nutrition to support training. My suspension classes provide strength-focused sessions that enhance core stability, flexibility and overall fitness.

I’m passionate about supporting the SEN community, providing fitness sessions that boost confidence and social interactions. Women’s health is another focus—I help women train in tune with their cycle and navigate menopause with practical strategies, including weight-bearing exercises for long-term strength.

Creating a comfortable, supportive space is important to me. Having experienced anxiety in my teens, I understand the value of a welcoming environment. At F2 Functional Fitness, I prioritise both mental and physical well-being, ensuring you feel relaxed and empowered.
