DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Diet advice is included in our PT packages.  We are happy to chat with any of our F2 members and offer them nutritional advice if requested.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PT SESSION AT F2?

Unlike group classes, PT bookings are taken by the instructors themselves.  You will need to contact either Emily or Jo.  If you are new to F2, please get in touch on the Contact Us page.

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL DO I NEED TO BE TO TAKE PART IN CLASSES AT F2?

We believe our classes can help everyone.  Whether you are an elite athlete or right at the beginning of your fitness journey, F2 can help.  If you are concerned about finding the right class for you feel free to contact one of our instructors.

DO YOU RUN CHILDREN'S CLASSES?

We are hoping to offer specific children's classes in 2021.  Until then, our suspension classes are available to children aged eight and above of all abilities and fitness levels.  Should a younger child have specific needs, particularly in respect of sports performance or rehabilitation, we can discuss this on an individual level.  Whether children's movement patterns need adjusting or they want to improve in their sport, suspension training can definitely help.  All children should have a 1-2-1 session before attending classes so we can determine their individual needs.
