EMILY WEBB
Hi, I'm Emily and I have a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and am a PT and fitness instructor for F2. I run suspension classes and 25 minute workouts and have a number of personal training clients. I am very keen to increase my number of PT clients and help those I work with to achieve their goals.
I have always been passionate about health and fitness and care deeply about ensuring my fitness sessions result in optimal gains. I strive to help my clients achieve personal goals and, as a result, grow in confidence and improve levels of happiness.
I am very aware that life nowadays is often hectic and that it can be difficult for people to find the time to fit in a workout. Having experienced a very busy schedule myself, I have tried to design programmes which are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work. I am happy to help clients with weight management, gaining lean muscle, improving fitness and strength and nutrition advice. In my spare time I is am dedicated to my own fitness regime and love workouts and lifting weights.
